PAYMENT
We currently accept all major cards through either PayPal, Moneybookers or Google Checkout. You do not need a PayPal account to pay with your card. We also accept UK cheques, made out in GBP only. Payment by cheque will be subject to seven working days clearance before any goods are dispatched. We are also happy to accept uncrossed UK postal orders, made out to Claire Lee.

RETURNS
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee -

* Items may be returned within 7 days of receipt
* Items that are faulty will be refunded or replaced subject to availability
* We will also accept returns of any item you are not happy with if it is returned within 7 days in its original condition (unworn) for a refund (return postage will not be refunded)
Your statuatory rights are not affected.

DELIVERY
All items are sent by Royal Mail first class. Higher value items may require a signature. We aim to dispatch all orders within three working days of receiving cleared payment. Please be aware that Royal Mail will not consider an item lost until after 15 working days. If you have not received your order within 15 working days of dispatch, please email us and we will investigate.


YOUR PRIVACY
Our privacy policy is simple. We will use the information you supply as necessary to fulfill your order, and that's it. We will not pass on your details to any third parties. We will not send you unsolicited email or regular mail. We will not add you to any mailing list, unless you specifically request us to do so.
